Ho Chi Min City, still called Saigon by its more elderly citizens, is the capital city of Vietnam. My trip to this country took me here first, and during a 4-hour layover I decided to take a cab ride around the city. My first impressions of Vietnam were that it is rainy and poor. Not a very in-depth analysis, but what do you want from a cab ride?
