Sicily is one of my favorite spots I've been to. The people are very warm and accomodating, and the sights can't be easily topped. The atmosphere is relaxing even in the larger cities. I immensly enjoyed strolling along the narrow, twisty streets while shopping and taking in all the history. The Amphitheatre in Taromina is a must-see with Mount Etna steaming in the background. There are plenty of ancient ruins to see as well as vineyards and winerys a-plenty. This is a place I plan to revisit!
