| This was the start of the exterior restoration work.
The original fender was damaged in a way that it would never be perfectly
straight, so I bought an aftermarket one. Big mistake. It never fit
quite right and my body guy spent a couple hours cutting and welding
it so it would bolt onto the car correctly.

| The restoration at this point was merely cosmetic. You can see the weathered condition of the mechanicals. | Repainted for the first time in it's life, the car looked great... on the outside! Within 3 years the paint would peel and chip, allowing rust to set in once again. |
